pme Familienservice GmbH

The pme family service was founded in 1991 by Gisela Erler. The family researcher brought up the idea of advising companies on questions of "Work-Life -Balance "from America to Germany. In doing so, she set the seed for a rapidly growing new service industry. The concept was imitated all over the country. Municipalities, districts or youth welfare offices often offer similar services for families under the name" Family Service ".   They focus on the performance of employees as a whole. In exchange with their customers, they are constantly expanding their range of offers. Since 2000, they have been offering psychosocial counseling for the employees of their contractual partners with life coaching. By expanding their offers in health management they are consistently pursuing this path. On behalf of more than 650 companies, authorities and associations, the pme Familienservice Group supports employees in successfully reconciling work and private life so that they can devote themselves to professional tasks with a clear mind and remain productive and healthy. Their offers range from the provision of individual childcare solutions for children and relatives in need of care, to crisis advice in the event of burnout, trauma or partnership problems, right up to the availability of places in over 70 childcare and educational institutions. A wide range of seminars and training events are offered under the roof of the pme Academy, and research and development projects are implemented for public and private clients. The pme Familienservice Group is represented at more than 30 locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic and employs more than 1,200 of its own.
