Institutional Development and Capacity Building
They work with organizations from both the public and private sectors to strengthen their institutional and human capacity by assessing and analyzing individual and institutional performance factors. The concept of institutional development and capacity building is largely based on perceiving organizations as adaptive systems and taking systemic approaches to identify and analyze any existing performance gaps.
Human and institutional capacity development is an important challenge for any institution, which directly impacts on organizational performance. The most important element of the intervention is to go beyond training and coaching and to cover all potential factors affecting performance, examining the internal and external environment of a given organization.
In recent years, they have successfully implemented institutional development and capacity building projects in various public and private sector institutions in transition countries. These efforts are implemented through:
Monitoring and Evaluation
When looking to improve accountability, decision making and program development, Monitoring and Evaluation tools are extremely important. They involve an assessment of the appropriateness, efficiency and effectiveness of a given project/program. Monitoring and Evaluation serves as a guide for project implementation and management, it provides stakeholders with information on the progress being made toward the achievement of objectives and any remaining disparity between targets and actual achievements. This important method identifies where a program is heading, how it will get there, and whether it is using resources in the most cost-effective manner.
Using the project evaluation, they identify what is positively and/or negatively influencing target groups, individual households, institutions and the overall environment. It allows us to better understand to what extent the project results have been achieved and what impacts they have had in general, and on the target group in particular.
They cover the following services:
Infrastructure Development
For an economy to function properly, energy, highways and road infrastructure, transport and communication networks, municipal infrastructure including water supply and waste management
