Portafolio Verde is a private organization, founded in the City of Medellín, Colombia in July 2005. The organization researches, develops, and implements solutions and strategies aimed towards a Sustainable Development through an innovative knowledge management system.

Is signatory of the Global Compact since 2013 and is certified since 2012 as a B Corporation, international seal bestowed to companies that accomplish rigorous standards of social, environmental, responsibility and transparency performance. 

Portafolio Verde supports the United Nations as a company that promotes the Sustainable Development objectives, and since 2009 is part of the group of Organizational Stakeholders of the Global reporting initiative (GRI). Has a Quality management System under ISO 9001 – 2001 certified by the SGS, number one firm in the Professional Services category of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.
