About the Posner Center Colorado alone is home to more than 200 organizations and social ventures focusing on international development, with work encompassing agriculture, community development, education, energy, health, infrastructure, microfinance, and various other fields. Posner Center for International Development share similar goals, serve similar populations, and confront similar financial challenges. Yet most organizations operate in isolation from one another. The Posner Center disrupts this phenomenon by bringing together over 60 development-oriented businesses and organizations in a 25,000 square-foot shared space to spur innovation by enabling groups to cross-pollinate through the exchange of ideas, the overlap of programming, and the generation of more comprehensive and lasting solutions to global poverty.
Mission To build a community of innovators who grow lasting solutions to global poverty.
Vision To be the leader of collaborative international development.
Tenant Organizations
Posner Center for International Development Tenants are the heart of the Posner Center, and headquarter their operations from the shared-space. From long-standing organizations with global reach to startups working in one village in the developing world, the Tenants—large and small—share a passion for growing solutions to global poverty.
Member Network
With a desire and a need to expand the community beyond the confines of the shared space in mind, Posner Center for International Development designed a Membership program. The more than 80 organizations and individuals in this network may not need office space here, but they desire to be a part of the collaborative community and access the resources, best practices and shared connections we are cultivating.
Programs
Trainings – Committed to helping the organizations develop and refine their skills as they work to grow their organizations and their impact.
