Potohar Mental Health Association (PMHA) is non government organization working on mental health of children, youth and adults.

PMHA endeavors to attain their goals through research projects and by playing an advisory role to motivate government and private sector to improve Mental Health Act and introduce better legislation for the betterment of the mental health scenario in Pakistan in specific and over all society in general.
Striving for a society, that is well informed, educated, mentally healthy and progressive, in a way that it lives beyond differences and has acceptance for those who are differently able without any distinction of class, sex, color or creed.
