POWER-TOONS was founded in Waldbröl / NRW in 2007 and at the same time received a scholarship from the AV-Gründerzentrum NRW.

Managing director of the company, which implements high-finess film, television and new media productions with a focus on animation, is Michael Schwertel. He can draw on a long-standing freelancer network from blurmedia in the realization of his projects.

POWER TOONS stands for strong characters in script, design and movement right from the start. Only in this way can projects be well developed, financed and produced.

In their productions, the craft of classic filmmaking is just as important to them as the specialization in the various types of animation such as 2D, 3D or completely new types of animation such as Mixed Reality.
