The company PPG doo Sarajevo was established in 2012 and is engaged in the provision of high quality services in the field of planning and studies, design, supervision, technical assistance and consulting during the implementation of procurement procedures and the management of infrastructure projects. In the area of engineering consulting, the company is focused on geotechnical engineering and tunnel construction.The activities undertaken through the realization and participation in the previous infrastructure projects, the company gained enviable expertise in the following areas:

design and construction supervision in construction, with emphasis on geotechnical engineering and tunnel construction
specialization in project management and works contracts according to FIDIC,
support to the Project Implementation Units during the procurement procedure according to IFI procedures, including the preparation of tender documentation for works and consultancy services, and technical assistance and contract award assistance,
good knowledge of the different procedures and rules of procurement of IFIs (EC, WB, UN, EBRD, EIB, ADB, OFID, KFAED, etc.)
technical assistance projects that support the planning and management of transport investment programs, procurement and monitoring of large infrastructure contracts, access to financing of IFIs, studies for concessions and privatization,
economic and financial analysis, quality and cost control.
