The Retained Search
They are Retained exclusively by the Client to find the successful Candidate for the position. Prestige, Inc. is responsible for all areas in Candidate recruitment and the process continues until the position is filled. We operate as an extension of your Company, and make the Client Assignment a Top Priority. Retained Searches also include Written Reference Reports, Expedited Completion Process, Confidentiality (the Client’s identity will not be revealed to Candidates until authorized) as well as an Extended Guarantee.
The Contingent Search
They do not require exclusivity or retainer. While the quality of work is the same, this approach requires direct involvement on the Client’s part, demanding more of their time and effort. The Fee is the same, but the Guarantee period is shorter and confidentiality could be jeopardized by early involvement in the process or by lengthy time delays depending on their workload or conflicting agendas, etc. Some Contingent Clients want them to remain involved in the entire process and others just want them involved in the identification of Candidates. They remain flexible to each Client’s needs. Their Character is genuine and we are successful, knowledgeable, and experienced in all areas of the Consumer Products Industry. They will work with their Clients to get the Project done on time, every time. They are consistent in their treatment of every Client and Candidate and they always strive to improve the situation of all parties involved.
