Proatec is an Italian consulting company which focus his intervention on national and international projects, including Development Cooperation Programmes, with a solid experience in agriculture, Agroindustry, Rural Development, Local and Social Development, Environment and Territorial Planning. Proatec has the mission to contribute, with own human resources, to a sustainable socio-economic development respecting environmental resources and local cultures, in order to improve the life conditions and the grow of other human resources around the world. History PROATEC s.r.l. came into being in 1995 incorporating the experience of top managers acquired all around the world in managing socioeconomic development projects, transfer of technologies and Land Information Services. Over the past PROATEC S.r.l. has developed activities in various fields of International Cooperation Projects throughout planning and implementing development projects in agriculture, agroindustry, rural development, as well training for capacity building of public administration and support to Small and Medium Enterprises. The attention and interest demonstrated by PROATEC S.r.l. for environmental policies y for a rational land and natural resources management, over a consolidated background in land use planning, acquired throughout investigations, feasibility studies, setting-up of joint ventures, census and cadastres, drawing and organisation of financial schemes and credit structure, have contributed to expand intervention sectors to important rural development projects, local and socioeconomic development. The Company is staffed by highly qualified executives with more than twenty years of experience in project development and management, including intervention for poverty reduction, support to strength participation of civil society and indigenous populations to democratic processes, supporting educational programmes, instruction, equal opportunities throughout the introduction of innovative technological and financial tools.
