Proximus Luxembourg, born from the merger of Telindus and Tango, is a subsidiary of the Proximus group, the main provider of telephony, internet, television and ICT services in Belgium. The latter actively participates in the development of telecommunications infrastructure and ICT services in Luxembourg. It also supports Luxembourg start-ups through its investment in the Digital Tech Fund and its participation in the Luxembourg House of Financial Technologies.

Created in January 2019, Proximus Luxembourg SA brings together the Tango and Telindus trademarks under a single banner and employs 650 people. The two brands operate jointly to meet all the telecommunications needs of private and professional customers in Luxembourg. Tango offers fixed and mobile telephony, Internet and television services to individuals and small businesses with fewer than 10 people. Telindus, for its part, provides ICT and fixed and mobile telecommunications services to medium and large companies as well as to public administrations.
