Starting from humble beginnings as a Concrete Block Paving plant, the company has grown into a major contractor in the field of road infrastructure, container depots and industrial land preparation. CORE BUSINESSES

Road Construction & Rehabilitation

As road contractors who have been in operation for a long time, we have a lot to handle development projects and rehabilitation of roads, including widening the road, in various regions throughout Indonesia. Various kinds of technologies we have implemented projects to meet the demands of service users in terms of work quality, timeliness and cost jobs.

Construction projects and rehabilitation of roads that we conduct can be generally grouped into 3 based on sources of funding / service users that:

• APBN / APBD Projects funded by the State through both central and local governments. Generally in the form of national arterial roads and outside the city ring road.
• Loan Projects financed from foreign loans in whole or in part. Generally in the form of national arterial roads throughout the province.
• Private Sector Projects financed by the user company's overall service. Varies according to customer demand, ranging from container yards, mine haul roads, land preparation, industrial complexes and so on.

 

Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Maintenance (EPCM) Services

In line with government policy to shift toward performance-based contracts, where contractors are given the freedom and greater responsibility on the project, we develop our business to be a single solution provider in terms of road construction.

In these cases we have the engineering team capable of planning projects ranging from road works:

• Stage engineering such as topographic surveys, determination and planning of road pavement structures alinement.
• Stage of procurement such as the mining of aggregate material for the production of the required aggregate size.
• Construction phase with various types of pavement technology that will be tailored to the needs.
• During the treatment phase will be determined in order to maintain the quality of the service road in order to always be above the threshold of tolerance during this period.

 

Mining Haul Road (MHR)

Mining, especially coal, requires a method of transporting large amounts of material effective and efficient way to move minerals from the mining area to the area of ​​distribution (ports, railway stations, etc.). One alternative method is to use transport trucks that carry minerals ranging from tens to hundreds of tons in one way and generally operate 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.

This method requires an adequate road infrastructure to ensure continuity of production in all weather and should have adequate security standards to avoid accidents that can be fatal.

We, as a specialist contractor, have the ability to design and engineer the road for this purpose, where one of the things we emphasize on is the use local materials and appropriate technologies in order to create a path that suits your needs in a cost-effective and cost-efficient.

 

Agribusiness Road

Like road mining, plantations are also vital in order to move the crop to processing. However, the road is generally rarely crossed except at harvest time. We have a range of alternative technologies for the road with this function so it will always be able to perform well in all weather conditions.

 

Surface Mining

Unlike other road contractors in general, we have a separate mining division. The technology we carry is mining with surface mining methods, in which the material can be mined without the use of explosives and mining result is in the form of granules with a diameter of less than 100 mm.
