In the beginning PT. Rajawali Nusindo, a subsidiary of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia, was established to support the sales of the products manufactured the group itself for export and local markets such as: medicines / medical equipments, sugar / molasses, CPO/Palm Kernel, Tea and leather, and to procure raw material, auxiliary materials for medicines, fertilizers, pesticides for plantation, sacks for sugar mills etc..
In its development, as an independent company, PT. Rajawali Nusindo does not only market the products of its group, but also has been marketing the products from the principals outside PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia.

In a line with the Government policies since 1990 PT. Rajawali Nusindo has set aside part of its profit for the development of small-scale businesses and cooperatives. The development is aimed to promote the growth and development of the small-scale businesses and cooperatives to be a tough and independent businesses which in turn to advance into a medium- and large-scale businesses.
