Rancang Prima Mandiri, PT (RPM) is an Indonesian consulting firm, to provide a wide range of professional services in diverse field. RPM was established to give participate in Indonesian future development and the whole world consulting services.
RPM has own facilities include permanent office building, equipment, and others to perform the services satisfactory. There are around 50 experts from various discipline work together as professional team to give consulting service in engineering, power plant, management, enviromental, education, industry, agribusiness, community based development, and planning. The scope of each field service include general study, feasibility study, survey, engineering design, technical assistance, project management, M & E, commissioning, training & workshop, policy formulation, appraisal, due deligent and MIS development.
RPM believes that the effective use of efficient consultancy service reduce project cost but is well aware that this efficiency can be achieved and maintained only by a continued dedication to technical excellence, technological innovation and the use of the most advanced project management and cost control techniques.
In carrying out the task of the service RPM is prepared to mobilize an experience experts both in national and interntional assignment such as World Bank, ADB, OECF, JICA, EU, USAID, UNDP, UNESCO, AUSAID, IDB, JBIC, national and provincial government as well as private individuals and companies.
