About This Project
Quality Extended Enterprises Ltd (QExE) manages the extended business operations of the Group in Tanzania and East Africa, its home turf. QExE oversees one of the largest and fastest growing business operations in the region.
QExE is the prime-mover of Group’s operations wherein it renders overall strategic direction to the subsidiaries/SBU, plays the pivotal role of business integration, and leadership. Each core business is independently pursued by a subsidiary company/Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of QExE.
QExE derives synergy out of operations of different operating companies/divisions by ensuring that such entities function in a coordinated manner, complementing each other. Such operational synergies result in reduced costs, quality deliverance to customers, enhanced profits, besides other benefits of collective participation.
