The Queen Rania Foundation was established by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah in 2013 with the aim of improving education outcomes in Jordan and the surrounding region. Since then, they have endeavored to achieve this objective by focusing their efforts on a range of overlapping areas including Early Childhood Care and Development, Innovation in Learning, and Teacher Training. Today, the Queen Rania Foundation continues to carry out research, design innovative programs, and support policy makers as they develop education programs.
They believe that their people are their greatest asset and they are proud of their ability to attract the best in the field. Their roots are firmly in Jordan, it’s what sustains and guides them. However, they also have a global presence through their London office, which ensures Jordan has a voice on the world stage. Their team consists of more than 40 men and women who are passionate about changing the reality of education for all Arabic speakers, wherever they are.
MISSION
Their mission is to accelerate improvements in education nationally and regionally.
They look for scalable solutions that can be easily adopted by various stakeholders, be they teachers or caregivers or decision-makers.
Their solutions are innovative. They use the latest technology to create new models for teacher training, launch platforms that offer free online learning for Arabic speakers, and to find ways to engage parents in their children's learning journey.
