RB Systems was founded in 1971 as a computer software house specializing in computer system design, custom programming and computer operator training and instruction.

In 1984 the R&G Consultants Division was formed to market provider software billing packages, and in 1991 R&G’s software was restructured to reflect the Medicaid billing needs of school districts within the Fee for Service program. Through our intuitive online web application and comprehensive customer service, R&G ensures clients get the maximum reimbursement from the Medicaid program.

R&G Consultants has over 25 years of experience working with the school-based Fee for Service Medicaid program. We specialize in servicing Illinois school districts and currently work with over 115 Illinois districts. Since R&G works solely within the state of Illinois, we are very well-versed with the U-200 Policy and Procedures for the Fee for Service program. We also have an exceptional relationship with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS).
