RAM System GmbH (RAMSys) is a joint venture of Diehl Stiftung (25%), Diehl BGT Defence (25%) and MBDA Deutschland (50%).

Its tasks comprise RAM program control in Europe and marketing of the shipboard self-defence missile system in selected countries.

RAMSys also controls the German share in the US ESSM and Standard Missile SM-2 production programs.
