RECURSOS S.A.C. was created in 1989 by a group of professional consultants of executive and managerial level, with several decades of experience in Peru and other countries. It has been set up as a closely-held corporation. The central office is located in Lima, Peru, and has offices in other seven cities of the country where it executes projects in consortium or as an individual enterprise.
