Located in Campinas in the State of São Paulo, one of the largest centers of companies in the computer and telecommunications sectors of the country and one of the main scientific and technological centers in Latin America, CTI brings together skills in product and process qualification, in prototype engineering and information technology products, in special research and development projects, in the computerization of socioeconomic systems of the environment and in infrastructure and applications on the internet. The CTI is installed in a land of about 380,000 m2 with a total constructed area of 14,000 m2.
The physical infrastructure of the CTI consists of 11 buildings, one of which is a Board and Administration building, four buildings in the technical area divisions and respective laboratories, infrastructure building, warehouse, two porters, power cabin and restaurant. The Institution has facilities such as: Library with 6,100 books and 280 titles of periodicals, Auditorium with 150 seats, restaurant with capacity to attend 300 meals a day, meeting rooms, Training Center with two classrooms and four computer rooms, Videoconference room and infrastructure for sports and leisure practice under the responsibility of the Association of Staff of the CTI - ASCTI.
