Resonate Learning designs and develops mobile learning apps, eBooks, web-based training, simulations, games (digital and board/card games), and augmented and virtual reality solutions that are used by commercial organizations, military, Federal law enforcement, and first responders.

Often, training is provided weeks or months before the need to use new equipment or technology. Understandably, users forget what they've learned, get frustrated, and have difficulty teaching others how to use equipment/technology. This results in equipment that ends up "on a shelf"​ and technology support often needs to be provided in real-time.

Resonate Learning works with companies and agencies to develop custom virtual training solutions and digital job aids (we also call this performance support) that improve retention and reduce user frustration as they use, troubleshoot, and conduct maintenance on new equipment and technologies. Intuitive, performance support augments training and is accessible anytime, anywhere without the need for connectivity.

Training can include any combination of games, simulations, virtual reality, interactive web-based training, or may include board games, instructor materials, student materials, or paper-based job aids. Performance support may include, but is not limited to, interactive user manuals, 3D equipment apps, mobile decision tools, microlearning video scenarios, laptop-based simulations for additional practice, and/or augmented reality solutions.
