Resources Developement Consultants (RDC ApS)
Resources Development Consultants RDC ApS, was established in 1999. The company, which is based in Copenhagen, has a core team of four consultants and one administrative staff and draws on cooperation with a wide network of international consultants.
Resources comes in many forms, and RDC’s work targets the development of human resources, institutional resources, systems and procedures as well as facilities related to resource utilisation (e.g. water and sanitation).
Development of aid frameworks: Drafting of aid policies and aid strategies
Supporting aid delivery: Identification and formulation of aid programs and projects,
monitoring of aid interventions as well as carrying out appraisals, reviews, and evaluations.
Provision of strategic analysis: Producing assessments, studies and advice.
From its outset RDC has worked with both long term development processes in a large number of countries and with shorter term stabilization and recovery interventions in countries characterized by less stable conditions. Increasingly RDC has been engaged with the challenges linked to fragile states including countries that are either on the verge of conflict, in conflict or coming out of conflict.
