Rethinking Security
Rethinking Security
About

Rethinking Security is a network of organisations, academics and activists who share a concern about the current approach to national security in the UK and beyond. It believes that this approach is a significant barrier to progress on a range of progressive agendas for peace, justice and ecological sustainability. It is committed to building a much richer understanding of what security really means, and of what is required to tackle insecurity and build a more just and peaceful world.

It invites anyone who shares this concern to get involved by becoming an organisational affiliate or an individual supporter.

The following organizations are part of its network:

Campaign Against Arms Trade, Campaign For Nuclear Disarmament, Conciliation Resources, Forces Watch, International Alert, Oxford Research Group, Peace Direct, Quaker Peace And Social Witness, Quaker Asylum and Refugee Network, Saferworld, and Three Faiths Forum.
