RETIA, based in the Czech Republic, provides military electronics, weapon system modernization and radar technology, development of C4I systems and software equipment. Within more than 16 years of experience, RETIA is an important player in the market of recording systems for call centres, contact centres and telecommunication operators in Czech as well as in Slovakia and has become significant all-European supplier.

 

Areas of Operation

RETIA is expert on manufacturing and development of special electronics. The development program is divided into 3 fields:
 

• Defence - RETIA is the best option in the field of development and manufacturing military electronics and special software. RETIA is a sophisticated company with its own service department, research laboratory and own development background. RETIA is certified by ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 (Allied Quality Assurance Publication). RETIA is a holder of NBÚ (National Security Authority) certificate and therefore can be entrusted with classified information. RETIA also obtained the licence for dealing in military material and is a holder of many other trade licenses.
   
• Commercial - Complex solution for recording calls and observation of the customer service quality for contact, and control centres and telecommunication operators. That is a short characteristic of ReDat Recording System. Thanks to ReDat system/s the company has attained a dominating position on the Czech and Slovak markets and has become a well-known recording system brand in Europe.
   
• Security Systems - Two unique systems ReTWis and RetLoc, using UWB technology, were developed in section of RETIA called Security systems. ReTWis, a special through the wall radar, enables looking inside through the walls and thus facilitates e.g. the actions against terrorists. RetLoc, monitoring and localization system, enables tracking the movement of fire fighters and rescue teams in complicated environmental areas and thus facilitates the organization of these teams.
