Revital Healthcare (EPZ) Ltd.

Revital Healthcare (Revital) was established to focus on reducing the transfer of infectious diseases through its Auto-Disable syringes which collapse after single use.

Revital set up a state of the art medical devices manufacturing facility in the coastal city of Mombasa, Kenya in 2008 and has been accredited with ISO 13485:2003 certification, obtained CE marking and WHO-GMP certification for its products, guaranteeing that Revital’s products meet International Quality standards.

 

Revital specialises in the manufacture of a range of syringes including the conventional single-use syringes and the UNICEF and WHO mandated Auto-Disable syringes. WHO and other international health organizations are advocating the use of Auto-Disable syringes to curb the spread of HIV and other infectious diseases.

The Company which is located in one of the Export Processing Zones in Mombasa, Kenya, exports its products to over eight countries across Africa including Tanzania, Sudan, South Sudan, Burundi, Zambia, South Africa, Malawi, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Africa Health Fund invested in Revital to support the expansion of its product range, to include a tubing product line for products such as Infusion Therapy products, blood transfusion sets, blood collections tubes and feeding tubes.
