The State Support Services Center (RTK) is a government agency under the Ministry of Finance. RTK centrally provides services to the central government agencies that have entered into an agreement on the provision of support services, among other things, it performs the function of the managing and paying agency of the European Union structural funds and cross-border programs; The Liaison Office for Financial Mechanisms in Norway and the European Economic Area; and, where specified by law, the tasks of the implementing entity. The services offered by RTK include: personnel and payroll accounting; personnel development; financial accounting; preparation of consolidated state accounts; state claims management; organization of public procurement and use of grants.
