About

TMS
Brainsight TMS was our first product introduced back in 2000. It was the first commercially available image-based navigator dedicated to TMS placement. We developed the unique curvilinear reconstruction method that is now ubiquitous in TMS neuronavigation. Over the years Brainsight has evolved with hundreds of laboratories around world, making us the most popular neuronavigator for TMS.

cTMS
For almost 20 years, Rogue Research has worked to develop tools that help you advance the boundaries of neuroscience. Brainsight® is the neuronavigator of choice for 500 labs around the world.

We continue this tradition of offering the best tool possible with the release of our latest product, ElevateTMS. Based on a completely different architecture than traditional TMS called cTMS, ElevateTMS offers more control in the pulse and how than pulse interacts with the brain than any TMS device available today.

Elevate TMS is not yet approved for clinical treatment or diagnosis in many jurisdictions and is for scientific research and/or investigational use only. Operation of Elevate TMS must be done in accordance with your relevant medical device regulations'

Veterinary
Since 2002 Rogue Research has brought the advantages of modern frameless neuronavigation to neuroscience research and to veterinarian clinics. Brainsight® allows you to use the principles of frameless stereotaxy to perform a variety of neurosurgical procedures with accuracy, simplicity and improved subject comfort when compared to a standard stereotactic frame.

In addition Rogue Research designs and manufactures a wide variety of surgical tools and custom parts that are optimized for your research or veterinarian needs.

NIRS
For several years, Rogue Research has been involved in assisting neuroscientists to place their fNIRS optodes based on the subject’s MR images. During that time, several of our customers have encouraged us to take the next step and develop our own fNIRS system based on the principles that have guided all our development since Brainsight was introduced 15 years ago: Simplicity, functionality and integration with other modalities. We have applied these principles in the design of both our hardware and software. The result is a fNIRS system that re-defines ease of use, flexibility, interoperability and value.
