Asociación Capacitadora y Catalizadora de Desarrollo Empresarial Rural (Rural Business Development Catalyst and Training Association) or ACCDER is a non-profit organization that supports small and medium-sized rural enterprises to access financing and financial training. ACCDER has the support of important financial entities such as Root Capital , an institution of international prestige that is dedicated to offering loans, providing financial management services, and strengthening market connections for small and medium rural enterprises that contribute to rural prosperity.

Mission

ACCDER is a non-profit Civil Association with assistance and educational purposes, especially through training, aimed at small and medium-sized rural companies aimed at achieving financial inclusion, preparing them so that they can access and manage financial services.

Services

ACCDER's corporate purpose is the following actions:

• Conduct training in financial management, aimed at small and medium rural enterprises, through various mechanisms: seminars, talks, forums, courses, workshops, and fairs.
• Provide technical assistance to small and medium rural enterprises in order to strengthen their management capacity and facilitate their economic and social growth.
• Legal and financial evaluation of small and medium rural enterprises in order to determine their capacity to receive financing, giving them the recommendations of the case and providing the necessary contacts so that they can access financing.
