RDA is a government institution committed to agricultural research, technology dissemination and international cooperation. Since its establishment in 1962, it has played a crucial role in the development of agricultural technologies in Korea.
To further develop and strengthen the Korean agriculture industry into a leading export industry, RDA continues to generate advanced agricultural technologies that we can converge with ICT-BT, as well as actively develop field-based technologies with practical applications that will benefit the farmers.
To this end, thry are moving forward with plans such as Korean Smart Farms, sixth industrialization, development of seeds and new materials, mechanization of upland field cropping, and technological support for export farms and export market development.
