Russian Agency for small and medium businesses, created over 20 years ago as one of the first business support organizations in providing information, analytical and marketing, consulting and training services, is developing a range of services for businessmen, executive and legislative branches of the federal and regional levels, development institutions, infrastructure organizations.
Russian Agency actively cooperates with the European Union, implementing, together with consortium partners (Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology and the Union of innovative and technological centers of Russia) project development activities of the European Enterprise Network the Enterprise Europe the Network , which unites 63 countries world.
As part of this project with the support and assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the framework of the state program to support small and medium-sized businesses created and operates the Russian network of Regional Integrated Centres (RIC), designed to support and assist in the promotion and leaving Russian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs ) having competitive products and services, inter-regional and international markets, including business, technological and scientific cooperation with foreign partners.
Currently, the interaction with the Enterprise Europe Network of the European business support network is the only practical tool for cooperation of Russia and EU in the trade and economic cooperation at the level of small and medium-sized businesses.
Along with the Coordination Center support export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises , the Russian network RIP is one of the supporting elements of infrastructure to support foreign economic activity of small and medium-sized businesses.
The importance of regional organizations of export infrastructure to support SMEs (including RIP) was observed in different editions of the Roadmap "Support access to markets of foreign countries and support for exports" , developed by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in the framework of the National entrepreneurial initiative.
Also, Russian Agency pays serious attention to the stimulation of the external economic potential of small and medium-sized enterprises, regularly organizing numerous Russian and international partners, round tables, seminars and conferences of international and federal level on issues of competitiveness and internationalization of small and medium-sized businesses, development organizations, infrastructure, improvement measures and state support tools.
Russian Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises has received the certificate of ISO 9001 , whose presence today is a clear indication of quality of the company, which is focused on the interests of its partners and customers.
The Quality Management System is by far the most popular instrument for regulating relations between producers and consumers, suppliers and partners, who, thanks to a certain standard operating procedure on the market without prejudice to mutual interests. Moreover, ISO certification is fully contributes to the final product quality by optimizing the management of production and the growth of staff, which ultimately increases the competitiveness of the economy as a whole.
