Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) was created by the law no54/2010 of 25th January 2011 establishing Rwanda Biomedical center (RBC) and determining its mission, organization and functioning.

To promote quality affordable and sustainable health care services to the population through innovative and evidence based interventions and practices guided by ethics and professionalism
