SA-AD Foundation is a registered Ghanaian non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of people through education in Ghana. The Foundation believes that people must survive poverty, and education is seen by many as the key investment to break the seemingly endless cycle of poverty among families and communities in Ghana and Africa. The organization has its head Office in Tamale, Ghana.
The foundation was formed through the ideas and initiatives of Mr. Sa-ad Iddrisu. The Founder is an individual who believes that "an individual needs not to be wealthy before he/she can extend a helping hand to the poor and needy in society". That is why despite not being among the wealthy, he has always been of support to many. In his efforts of helping others, he has established this Foundation to support individuals through their education. It is in the founder's dream to extend the foundation beyond the walls of Ghana to other African countries students, as the future unfolds.
SA-AD Foundation’s vision is to put smiles on people faces by supporting them through their education so as for them to be able to contribute meaningfully to the development of their personal wellbeing, families, communities, and their nation as a whole.
SA-AD Foundation is established to seek and utilize funds from donors, governmental and non-governmental organizations, corporations and private individuals, to support the education of brilliant but needy students and others wishing to improve upon their education for the purpose of national growth and development.
