Who are they?

Air traffic management in the airspace of Georgia is carried out by Ltd. By "Sakaeronavigatsia", whose main goal is to provide air traffic services and flight safety in the airspace of Georgia and in the take-off and landing areas of Tbilisi , Kutaisi , Batumi and Mestia airports.

What do they do ?

The main functions of "Air Navigation" are:

• Aircraft traffic control;
• Provision of radio equipment, communications and lighting equipment;
• Meteorological services;
• Aviation information services.

What is their mission ?

The mission of air navigation is to ensure safe flights in the airspace of Georgia in the conditions of dynamic development of world air transport. The purpose of air navigation is to introduce a safety management system in accordance with international standards and to reduce the risk factors for aviation accidents and incidents in the process of organizing air traffic.
