• The business was established in 1993 in the UK
• Since then we have worked across the world with a wide variety of organisations
• The consultant team is drawn from consultants who have worked with larger firms and senior executives from a range of industries
• Each consultant is responsible for client delivery and satisfaction
• The average age of our consultants is 46
• Some of our consultants work with us full time while others are more specialist and will be brought in to support specific projects – in this way we can ensure that we have the right blend of people on the team

What we do 

We offer a complete resource that is tailored to the specific needs of each client and situation by working closely with client managers.

We aim to provide as flexible resource. This means that we can provide monthly project management advice and direction through to a large team totally embedded in the client’s operation over an extended period.

Every member of our team is an experienced senior executive or consultant and we aim to produce results rather than simply write reports.

We began life in 1993 and since then have worked around the world.

We have experience of most major industries sector and work with companies ranging from the largest global corporations to brand new start-ups.

We measure success through the achievement of the client’s commercial objectives and by the level of repeat projects.
