Proven experience in project design, policy dialogue, sector strategy and results monitoring as well as designing financial instruments and investments, evaluation and capacity building. Accompanied by an in-depth knowledge of project monitoring systems including providing supervision and project completion support, information management, evidence based approach, and communication and advocacy as an effective mechanism for timely achievement of high level development outcomes, results and long term sustainable impact.

Design Gender analysis and responsive approach, including support to women's economic empowerment and responsive instruments in infrastructure, agriculture, and the energy sector. In addition, support to design and implementation of environmental safeguards and support to implementing country specific climate adaptation and risk mitigation strategies and projects.
