In 1953 Save the Children was established branches in the UK, USA, Canada, Sweden, and Korea, and launched relief efforts for victims of Korean War, including war orphans, mainly in Busan.

Vision 

Dream of a world in which all children fully enjoy the rights of survival, protection, development, and participation.

Mission

To make a dramatic change in the way the world treats children and to make immediate and long-lasting changes in the lives of children.
