About

The association of Éclaireuses Éclaireurs de France (EEDF or les Éclé·es) is a secular scouting movement registered in popular education and approved as complementary to public schools.

Our mission:

Contribute to building a better world by training committed citizens who are aware of the challenges of their society and committed to responding to them through the scout method.

Becoming a member of Les Éclé·es means embarking on a life-size adventure : going hiking, sleeping under the stars, cooking over a wood fire, putting on a show, going to meet scouts on the other side of the world , build ecological, solidarity projects, train in animation.

Scouting is an educational movement for young people, based on volunteerism. Its goal: to contribute through education to the training of free, responsible, united and committed citizens, by helping them develop their physical, intellectual, spiritual and social potential. It is an educational method based on life in small groups and in nature, education through action, and commitment to the community. It is implemented through fun programs anchored in today's reality.
