Purpose
During 2019, Securitas Uruguay asked hundreds of its staff why they are going to work every day, looking to find out what unites the 370,000 people who make up Securitas in 58 countries. The answers to these questions are reflected in its new purpose: "We help make your world a safer place." This purpose is the reason for existing as a company and is at the core of its new strategy.
Securitas was founded in 1934 and much has changed since then. However, its basic beliefs remain unchanged.
Security is a basic premise for all of people to enjoy life with their friends and family. Threats to their security are increasing and becoming increasingly complex. Therefore, the commitment at Securitas to help its customers make their world a safer place, today is more important than ever.
