Seureca is a subsidiary of Veolia Environnement Ingénierie Conseil, the engineering division of the Veolia Environnement Group.

This division includes five consulting firms operating in the three fields covered by the Group : water, solid waste, energy. The five firms are: Seureca, DESL, SETUDE, 2EI and EPAS. This organisation permits the sharing of competencies and resources.

Within the engineering division, Seureca is in particular responsible for international projects.

Seureca is headquartered in Paris. Projects in Europe, North and Latin America, and South Asia are managed from the head office. Those in other regions are supervised by the regional subsidiaries or representative offices in Africa, the Middle East, and North-East Asia with aid, when required, from the operations department of the head office.

Water, energy and waste management
Seureca advises and supports the relevant authorities, industries and municipalities to improve infrastructures and the management of urban water services, sanitation, energy and waste.

Seureca works on projects led by bilateral financial institutions (such as the World Bank, the European Union, the African and Asian Development Banks, the French Development Agency, etc.), on funds from the French government, on national funding from the project countries on behalf of industrials and private developers, and again on behalf of the Veolia Environnement.

Municipal and industrial markets
Local authorities are at the heart of Seureca's business. With the experience gained all over the world, Seureca provides services to its customers on five continents, to help them to develop and manage their water, sanitation, energy and waste services.

Seureca provides a full range of services, from production and distribution of drinking water to collection and decontamination of wastewater as well as services for consumers (information, connections, billing, etc.).With a concern to build up trust in the long term, Seureca makes its expertise in environmental protection available to public authorities world-wide and, each day, undertakes to help them guarantee the healthy quality of the water.
