SFM is a company created in 1995, resulting from the field of telecommunications and networks. Its team of high-level experts and engineers carries out engineering and consultancy missions on behalf of telecommunications regulators, operators, ICT Ministries and donors (BM, ADB).
It was during these missions that SFM developed tools, applications and platforms for the digitization of engineering processes, monitoring and QoS / QoE measurements, price control, etc.
