SFMade provides services for local manufacturers at every stage of their development, including customized, one-on-one advising services with accelerated services and peer-to-peer learning circles available for high-growth manufacturers, as well as industry-specific workshops and networking opportunities available for all local manufacturers.
SFMade also works with manufacturers directly on hiring and workforce development strategies, including crafting job descriptions and posting them on the SFMade Job Board, connecting companies to local hiring resources and job training programs, and securing free youth and college interns interested in careers in the manufacturing sector. SFMade’s Manufacturing Foundry is the Bay Area’s first, permanently affordable, multi-tenant building dedicated to manufacturing and creating quality jobs for low-income residents.
