About

The Single System of Beneficiaries (SIUBEN) is the institution of the Dominican Government responsible for identifying and prioritizing families eligible to receive the benefits of social programs and subsidies that are carried out with public resources. At the time of its creation in 2004, the entity was functionally linked to the Social Cabinet, to operate as the gateway to the Conditional Cash Transfer Program (PTMC).

SIUBEN is an open institution, with high ethical and technical standards that works in collaboration with other government institutions, cooperation agencies, private organizations, civil society, local governments and academies. It is one of the main sources of information for the implementation of contributory and non-contributory social policies for the entire population.

The SIUBEN adds value to the data with predictive analysis, impact assessments of public policies in the social field, research, among others to offer information to decision makers and executors of social sector policies.
