Sino-hydro Corporation Engineering Bureau 15 Co, Ltd is called Sino-hydro Bureau 15 for short and it is a sole subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China LTD.. It has possessed the national special grade qualification for hydraulic and hydroelectric construction, national grade A qualification for such four items: general contracts of engineering constructions as hydraulic and hydroelectric projects, express highway engineering projects, building construction engineering projects and municipal public utilities and infrastructure projects and national grade A qualifications for such four items: professional contracts of express(highway foundations, tunnel projects, sub-grade, lifting equipment installation engineering ) highway foundations, bridge construction projects, tunnel projects and hoisting equipment installation projects as well as the qualifications for foreign contracts of engineering projects and holds the operation rights for economic and technological cooperation. At present, there are over 4300 staff in Sino-hydro Engineering Bureau 15, with a total asset of RMB 4 billion. 

Since 1981, Sino-hydro Engineering Bureau 15 Co. Ltd has undertaken to construct the water conservancy projects and hydro-power, express highway engineering, bridge engineering, airport construction, port construction, Housing construction and municipal environmental protection construction and municipal engineering projects in such eight countries as Iraq, Tunis, Mauritius, Guinea, Mali, Laos, Algeria and Cambodia, etc.
