SIPCA – Consultores de Engenharia, S.A., is an independent Portuguese consulting company providing a wide range of consultancy services in all engineering fields.

The firm was established in 1991 by a group of engineers with great international experience in consultancy, design and project management. The services provided by SIPCA – includes feasibility studies, project management, production of detailed design, design evaluation, preparation of contract documents, evaluation of tenders, technical training, quality and cost control, contract supervision and real estate consultancy.
