MISSION

They are a humanitarian organization, in charge of executing provisions and orders, aimed at preventing, mitigating, preparing and protecting the Panamanian population from the effects that the action of nature or anthropogenic may cause on the life and property of the social conglomerate.

Sinaproc is responsible for the planning, investigation, direction, supervision and organization of policies and actions towards the prevention of material and psychosocial risks, which will exercise the following functions: Compile and maintain an information system, through a modern data center, whose purpose is to obtain and offer the necessary information for the planning of strategies and measures on comprehensive risk management and civil protection.

VISION

Promote a Modernization and Training Plan for the Prevention and Mitigation in Emergencies, incorporating as an axis a transversal scheme in the processes and plans of comprehensive risk management; with the aim of reducing existing vulnerabilities and the impact of disasters throughout the national territory.
