It is a Project placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Professional and Technical Education (MEP / T), with an initial duration of six (6) years, having started its activities on January 1, 2014. It has been extended until 2022. It is financed by the World Bank for an initial amount of 15 billion FCFA (30 million US dollars), then with another additional financing of 27 billion (50 million US dollars). PRODEC operates in all regions of Niger.
