They introduce theirselves as South East Asia's one of the largest AAC/ACSR conductor manufacturers in India since 1971. They manufacture a wide range of conductors under a stringent quality assurance plan. They have supplied over 300,000 kms, of conductors to various utilities in India and abroad, largely for World Bank/IDA/OECF financed projects with rigid delivery schedules under international competitive bidding.
MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
They have two manufacturing units, one at Silvassa near Mumbai and another at Ghaziabad near Delhi, having full- fledged manufacturing facilities equipped with sophisticated machinery.
They are capable of manufacturing conductors up to 61 strands with a total installed capacity of 31,500 Metric Tons per annum at both the plants.
PAST PERFORMANCE
They have supplied conductors mainly for 400 KV/500/800 KV HVDC transmission lines to various utilities in the country including Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (formerly known as National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd.), Maharashtra State Electricity Board, Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board, Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board, Gujarat State Electricity Board, Rajasthan State Electricity Board etc.
They have also exported conductors to various countries like Nepal, Singapore, Zimbabwe, U.A.E. Ghana, Kenya & Oman. The value of Zimbabwe contract was worth approximately US$ 9 Million, financed by World Bank.
They have a track record of supplying conductors in time against each and every order. None of their Advance and Performance Bank Guarantees has ever been enchased by any utility since 1971.
