About
Social Justice Initiative (SJI) is a South African non-profit organisation established in 2013. SJI partners with philanthropists and civil society organisations to raise funds and support advocacy for private and public accountability, fair access to constitutional rights, better delivery of services and a stronger democracy. Through the support of local philanthropists and the Atlantic Philanthropies, they have mobilised funding for over 43 social justice advocacy organisations, working with communities to bring about real and lasting change.
