Solidarité Sida, partner and spokesperson for more than 100 French and foreign associations, focuses on complementarity of skills. Supporting the autonomy of communities and local associations, helping the sick, facilitating access to care and the rights of the poor and giving hope to vulnerable children are all examples of grassroots initiatives that the association supports.

Awareness and prevention are an integral part of the fight. Since its creation, Solidarité Sida has been organizing prevention activities in the field by reaching out to young people. Placed under the sign of the exchange and the interactivity, these meetings make it possible to provide concrete answers to all the questions related to AIDS (modes of transmission, risky behaviors, screening, etc.), but also to the sexuality , contraception and sexually transmitted infections.

Solidarité Sida strengthens its fight by lobbying and advocating for universal access to treatment. Calling on governments and lobbying political and economic decision-makers are key levers for action to defend the interests and the right to health of people living with HIV.

At the same time actor of prevention, organizer of events and partner of community associations throughout the world, Solidarity AIDS is a multi-faceted entity that wants to be original in its culture and principles of action.
