Southern Educational Book and Equipment Joint Stock Company (SOBEE for short) is a member unit of Vietnam Education Publishing House - Ministry of Education and Training, established under Decision No. 313 / QD- NXBGD on March 16, 2010 by Chairman of the Members' Council and General Director of Vietnam Education Publishing House, business registration certificate No. 0309902130 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City issued the first time on April 2, 2010 with a registered charter capital of VND 50 billion.
