SCO is a consulting firm specializing in the preparation and implementation of technical assistance projects / programs, with a particular interest in institutional support and local development projects. SCO is made up of a dynamic team of consultants sharing the same corporate culture based on the participative approach, a principle that we consider fundamental in the implementation of our projects and programs. Our offices are strategically located in Tunis, in the heart of the Mediterranean, to facilitate the link with our partners in the Maghreb, Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa. We work with the main international donors (European Commission, African Development Bank) but also with public institutions and civil society organizations.
